Cal Buckley
DIRECTOR
Cal leads the direction of the business and helps guide each project from the first conversation through to completion.
He manages quoting and estimating, project planning, procurement and financial oversight, while ensuring the systems behind the business keep projects organised and running smoothly. Using efficient systems and modern tools, Cal keeps communication clear and the team well ahead of what’s happening on site.
Splitting his time between the office and the job site, Cal maintains a strong presence throughout each build. With a sharp eye for detail, he works closely with both clients and the construction team to ensure every project is carefully planned and delivered to the highest standard.
Cal is passionate about creating a positive team culture and making the building process enjoyable and collaborative. It’s not uncommon for clients to become good friends by the time the project is complete.
Josh Trew
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Josh is the person who brings each project to life on site.
As Construction Manager, he oversees the day-to-day building process, coordinating trades, managing quality and ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard. Josh has an exceptional eye for detail and takes enormous pride in the finish of every home.
Known for his calm, down-to-earth approach, Josh works closely with both the team and our clients throughout the build. He’s always happy to talk things through on site and make sure everyone feels comfortable with how the project is progressing.
For Josh, the goal is simple: build homes properly, take pride in the craft, and make sure clients genuinely enjoy the process along the way.
